Fruit PUNCH Smoothie

The smoothie that packs a punch of nutrients!






INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
1 Cup Mixed Berries (Raspberry, Strawberry, Blackberry, etc.)

1 Cup Water
A few Bananas (frozen will make a more ice cream consistency)



These amounts make only one small serving which is about a glass. To make more, just increase all ingredients.




This smoothie is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients; high in fiber, Manganese, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B6. The first time I tried this combination, I probably made this drink about 3 more times that day.
