Vegan Fajitas

The Vegan Fajita

Ingredients:
  • Meatless meatballs/vegan crumbles, or any other vegan alternative product
  • Onions, Bell Pepper
  • Organic BBQ Sauce
  • Daiya Vegan Cheese
  • Tortilla (unbleached, ancient grains is best)
  • Additional/Optional: Tomato, avocado, lettuce, any other vegetables


- Place meatless meatballs (or any other meat-free filling) and cook in pan.
- Chop onions and green pepper and add both to the filling cooking in the pan. 













- Put small amount of earth balance in pan or use non-stick pan  and heat tortilla until slightly brown. Turn it over then add Daiya (or other vegan cheese).

- Add meatless meatball/onion/green pepper filling to tortilla and fold over to heat both sides.


- Take the finished tortilla off of the pan, put on a plate and add Org. BBQ sauce, tomato, avocado, lettuce, etc.
