I made this video to give fun movie recommendations that are entertaining and interesting of films that resonate with us no matter who or what we may be breaking up with or letting go of.

So many interesting and important life lessons are reflected in these films.

Regardless of one's relationship status, these films show how important the process is of breaking up with someone or something that is causing you harm and knowing when to let go of whatever or whomever is not serving you.

Suggestions:
For more of a "tuna" salad, add seaweed. Dulse flakes are a popular choice to emulate that fish or sea-like flavor. Mashed chickpeas make a good texture. For egg-less salad, add more vegan mayo, use tofu, make it creamy. Add pasta and/or potatoes and your favorite seasonings for more of a classic potato or pasta salad.

• vegan mayo and/or mustard
• relish - I like mine sweet with lots of relish
• garlic powder
• onion powder
• nutritional yeast
• paprika or turmeric

It's often different every time I make this because it's based off of what I currently have. So there have been times where I made it without vegan mayo and just used more relish and mustard or used tofu instead of chickpeas. I don't measure, but add ingredients and season to taste.


This recipe, however you make it, is good by itself, as a sandwich, as a dip with chips or crackers, wrapped in a tortilla, in a lettuce wrap. The choices are endless.

This is one the of the best, most affordable vegan restaurants that I know and love. If you are looking for a healthier restaurant or a vegan restaurant, this is the one you should definitely consider. The Loving Hut is an international vegan restaurant chain that provides a delicious fusion of American and Asian cuisine!

There are only two locations in Georgia. The one I make the most trips to is in Norcross-Peachtree Corners since each location has a different menu and pricing. They have amazing food of Asian and American fusion, and also offer buffets every month. If you don't live in Atlanta or the US, you can still see where the closest location is to you here. I say this because I long for the expansion and success of vegan establishments along with the increase of more people becoming open to veganism and vegan options!

This is also the only place where I can find Sjaak's vegan chocolates and my absolute favorite vegan cookie company Alternative Baking Company. The chocolate chip/chunk and lemon poppyseed are my favorites.

I hope this was helpful in finding another vegan restaurant and providing some insight on more vegan foods, snack products, and dessert options!

I know I cannot wait for my next trip to the Loving Hut!

On my trip to Whole Foods yesterday, which is rare in general, I was aiming to pick up only few items that I had a coupon for or that were on sale. I was excited to find coupons for Kite Hill and Field Roast products, so I definitely put those coupons to work!

Oooooh Fancy!

I had been wanting vegan ravioli and had been wanting to try Kite Hill's version for some time and splurged all because of that coupon.  From the fancy packaging to the tasty content, I'd say the experience was worth it.





The pasta only takes few minutes and few kitchen supplies to make. I paired it with some marinara sauce, baby kale, and go veggie vegan parm (which I also had a coupon for). The result with and without the fixings, were amazing.

I have tried a different vegan ravioli before and it was awful.  Kite Hill, on the other hand, did an amazing job of recreating the classic American favorite!


+ Positives: Tastes better than the original. It is a hyperreal, veganized (healthier) experience of original ravioli. Even though it's not a health food, it doesn't contain the chemicals and unnaturally over-processed animal products that would usually be found in ravioli. It goes beyond the real thing and improves in quality, taste, and ingredient list.

- Negatives: The price tag is no joke! For the amount in comparison to the price, I (as many people who are not within the highest incomes brackets) would question their decision to get it. But I figure, it's a one-time try and I had that coupon so-


Overall, if you don't have a frugal mindset and want to try an improved and/or vegan version of ravioli, this is the product I recommend.

However, their yogurt is not a favorite, but I'll save the vegan yogurt talk for another post.

The plan was to go to Go Vegetarian Restaurant (now Go Vegan Grill) for vegan breakfast and stop by Revolution Doughnuts for vegan dough-nos, but that isn't and isn't all that happened on my last free Saturday (before the start of 6-hour-film-class-Saturdays).

My day trip in Atlanta/Decatur was spent having a vegan breakfast paradise, spontaneous antique shopping (with wine), and a fancy, free wine tasting. So adult. Before that was taking in videos and pictures of the snow as well as the cats!*
